ok so these are the exercises I’ve been doing!
I’ve done a full week of couch to 5k with monday as day one
I started the monday-wednesday exercises on wednesday, but so far these two programs together aren’t too taxing, but i have a good way to improve before i feel like i’ll need to find something new.
I’m really sorry about not sourcing, but I pulled these off line forever ago and i have no idea who actually came up with the mon-fri program at least!
I’m really excited to get good at running. Any time i feel discouraged I just think about how much it’ll help me in the zombie apocalypse
